1. Returns

We accept return requests within 7 calendar days of delivery, provided that:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.

  • The product is in its original condition.

  • The return has been approved by Merika Botanicals.

For hygiene and product safety reasons, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns of opened, used, or unsealed skincare products.

2. How to Request a Return

Please contact Merika Botanicals within 7 calendar days of receiving your order, providing your order number and reason for the return.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 calendar days of return approval.

Please do not send products back without first contacting us.

3. Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

If we have sent an incorrect product, or your product arrives damaged or defective, Merika Botanicals will cover reasonable return shipping costs where a return is required.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Include your order number, a description of the problem, and photographs if available.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

5. Refunds

Once your approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, generally within 10 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
